Generally, digital good are not subject to refunds once the product or service has been accessed, downloaded, or configured.
Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:
- If the product was not delivered or accessible due to a fault on our part.
- If a technical issue caused by us makes the product unusable, and the issue cannot be resolved by our engineers.
- If explicitly required under local consumer protection laws.
Refunds are not available for servers you accidentally request but were configured correctly or for subscription payments that were not cancelled before renewal.
