RaceControl handles your online account, subscriptions, and race management. Questions about hardware setup, wheel configuration, and in-game settings are covered in the Le Mans Ultimate Guide at guide.lemansultimate.com.
Hardware Setup Guides (Le Mans Ultimate Guide)

Changed PC or Hardware?
Your RaceControl account is tied to your account credentials, not your hardware. If you've moved to a new PC or changed your hardware:
- Simply install Le Mans Ultimate on your new machine via Steam.
- Sign in to your existing RaceControl account from the in-game Profile menu - your DR, SR, badges, and subscription all carry over automatically.
- You may need to reconfigure your wheel and control bindings on the new machine. See How to set up your wheel and pedals to get back up to speed.
Performance and Display Settings
If you're setting up on new hardware and want to optimise your frame rate and visual settings, the Performance Optimization Guide on the LMU Guide covers recommended settings by hardware tier, VR setup, and how to diagnose stutters.
Still Need Help?
If you have an account question related to a hardware change (e.g. your account isn't loading on a new PC), contact RaceControl support. For all hardware and in-game issues, use the LMU Guide support form.
