This is because either:
- Your contact ratio is significantly higher than other players on the platform. This automatic ban affects only the worst ~0.1% of drivers by contact rate. Even if individual incidents were not entirely your fault, the best approach is to give more space, brake a little earlier, and avoid putting yourself in risky positions. - You were reviewed by an admin following a LiveSteward report or a player protest, and a decision was made that your use of in-game chat was unacceptable or your actions on track violated the competition rules.
Every time you are banned, this is recorded in our system. Repeat offences may result in longer or permanent bans.
No refunds will be given on the game, DLC or subscription as a result of your offences, as outlined in the rules that you agree to in-game and the refund policy.
