Can I upgrade my Subscription?

The short answer is, YES!

Via the 'Manage Subscription' area in your Subscriptions tab, you can make changes to your own active Subscription. These will take effect for your next billing period. 

If you would like to upgrade or amend before that you will need to reach out to one of our Support Team via this link asking to be upgraded from your Pro Subscription to Pro+.

We are also able to change the length of your subscription from Monthly to Yearly, as well as downgrade your subscription if you need that to happen to your account also.

The support desk will ask you for the name and email address on your account, they will check the cost that you would incur to make those changes and ask you to approve that cost before processing your upgrade.

It is also worth noting it can take around 24 hours in some case for these upgrades to take effect after being processed by the team, but in the most time these are instant.
