How to Cancel or Change Your Subscription

If you need to cancel or change your RaceControl subscription, this is managed through your RaceControl account page - not inside the game.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Go to racecontrol.gg and sign in to your account.
2. Click your profile icon in the top right and select Account (or go directly to racecontrol.gg/account).
3. Navigate to the Subscription tab.
4. Select Manage Subscription or Cancel Subscription.
5. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation, but you retain access to Pro/Pro+ features until the period ends. No pro-rata refunds are given for unused time in your current period.

Downgrading Instead of Cancelling

If you want to step down from Pro+ to Pro, or from Pro to Lite (free), you can do this from the same Subscription page by selecting a different plan. The change takes effect at your next billing date.

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been accessed. Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

• We failed to deliver the service due to our error
• A technical issue made the service unusable and we were unable to resolve it
• Your consumer protection rights under local law require it (UK customers have a 14-day cooling-off period, though this is waived if service has already commenced)
