When signing up to a RaceControl account and participating online, you strictly agree to be governed our online competition guidelines. These are in place to ensure fair and fun competition when playing online for all users.
Banning a user is our last resort, we really don't want to do it except in severe or repeated cases of breaking on track or harassment rules. If you have been banned for breaking the terms of use for RaceControl, we do not have a right to appeal a decision and you are not entitled to any refund of purchased subscription services or hosted server credits.
Pro+ subscribers will still have access to their DLC during any online bans.
